Center for Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD)
The Center for Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) is dedicated to enhancing the skills and competencies of the Staff of AIKTC (Teaching and Non-Teaching). Our mission is to provide comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars that equip HR practitioners with the latest knowledge and tools to effectively manage and develop talent within organization. Through a blend of theoretical insights and practical applications, we aim to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in human resource management. Objectives and SOP of HRTD
1. Enhance HR Competencies: Provide targeted training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching), enabling them to effectively contribute to their organizations.
2. Promote Best Practices: Share Academic best practices and innovative approaches in human resource management to foster a culture of excellence.
3. Support Professional Development: Facilitate continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and certifications that address current trends and challenges in HR.
