The Center for Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) is dedicated to enhancing the skills and competencies of the Staff of AIKTC (Teaching and Non-Teaching). Objectives and SOP of HRTD
1. Enhance HR Competencies: Provide targeted training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching), enabling them to effectively contribute to their organizations.
2. Promote Best Practices: Share Academic best practices and innovative approaches in human resource management to foster a culture of excellence.
