🔍 Guidelines for Abstract Submission (Oral Presentation)
Participants interested in delivering an oral presentation are required to submit an extended abstract, following the guidelines below:
📌 Extended Abstract Structure:
- Title:
- Should be concise and informative
- Maximum: 500 characters (including spaces)
- Abstract Text:
- Limit: Up to 1,000 words
- Abstracts should be unstructured and must clearly cover the Background, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.
- Figures:
- Maximum of 2 figures allowed
- Captions must be included at the bottom of each figure within the figure file
- Figures must be high-resolution and self-explanatory
