On the occasion of International Yoga day 2024 , we at AIKTC joined the Govt of India by taking the initiative of celebrating and practicing Yoga. It was celebrated under the guidance of Instructor Ms. Amaan Parveen. The event saw enthusiastic participation from faculty and staff, who engaged in various yoga practices aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being. Ms. Parveen’s expert instruction made the session both informative and rejuvenating, highlighting the benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life. The celebration fostered a sense of unity and mindfulness within the AIKTC community.
