On 11 June 2024, Anjuman-I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical Campus (AIKTC) hosted a campus placement drive specifically for the recently graduated Batch of 2024. Tawwab Pharma Private Limited, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, was invited to recruit for roles in Regulatory Affairs. The event was marked by the presence of the company's owner, Irfan Kazi, and the Senior Regulatory Manager, Mohsina Shaikh, who personally conducted the interviews.
Participation
The drive attracted a significant number of applicants, with 17 students from the B.Pharm department participating. These students were keen on starting their careers in the niche field of regulatory affairs. Selection Process
The placement process was rigorous, designed to identify candidates with strong potential: 1. Initial Screening:
All 17 students underwent a preliminary assessment to gauge their understanding of regulatory processes and compliance standards.
2. Technical and HR Interviews: Conducted by Irfan Kazi and Mohsina Shaikh, these interviews focused on both technical expertise and the candidates' ability to fit within the company's culture. Results
Out of the 17 participants, 6 students were shortlisted based on their performance during the interviews. Notably, 2 of these shortlisted candidates were given a spot hiring, indicating immediate employment opportunities based on their exceptional qualifications and interview performance. Conclusion
