Description: Report on Social and Cyber Security awareness Camp in Chhatrapati Shivaji school held on 21st October 2024 at Palaspe Village. Attendees: NSS Program officer Prof Ziyaul Haque and NSS members- Prof Tabrez Khan, Dr Maryam Qureshi; Mr Yusuf Mulla, S.Y B.Pharm students On October 21, 2024, Anjuman-I-Islam's Kalsekar Technical Campus, School of Pharmacy, organized a Social and Cyber-Security Awareness Program for students from 5th to 8th at Chhatrapati Shivaji School, Palaspe, as part of their NSS activity. This event was held in celebration of National Pharmacy Week, observed from October 20th to 26th, 2024, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club and UBA. The program commenced with an inaugural ceremony led by three final-year students from the Rotaract Club. A group of 30 second-year B. Pharm NSS student volunteers was paired with school students, conducting various activities and discussions in different classes. The students actively participated, showing great enthusiasm throughout. The event effectively raised awareness about the misuse of social media, the increasing threat of cybercrime, and its negative effects on youth. The participants expressed their gratitude and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
