Nasha Mukt Mumbai Pledge

The NSS Unit of the School of Pharmacy, AIKTC participated in the Nasha Mukt Mumbai Pledge programme on 30 July 2026 to promote awareness against drug abuse and encourage a healthy, addiction-free lifestyle. The programme began with a brief address on the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of youth participation in building a drug-free society.
A total of 200 students, along with faculty members and non-teaching staff, participated in the programme and took the Nasha Mukt Mumbai Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to stay away from drugs and spread awareness within the community.
Outcome: The programme successfully enhanced awareness about drug abuse, motivated participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and strengthened their commitment towards the vision of a Drug-Free Mumbai and Drug-Free India.
