Description: Event: Campus Placement Drive Date: 03 May 2024 Company: IKS Health Care Private Limited Roles Offered: Medical Scribe, CDM (Clinical Data Management), VRA (Virtual Radiology Assistance) HR Manager: Ms. Neha Chaurasiya On 3rd May 2024, a campus placement drive was conducted at Anjuman- I-Islam’s Kalsekar Technical campus at School of pharmacy for the passed-out batch of 2023-24. The event was organized to provide students with an opportunity to secure positions in the health care sector, specifically with IKS Health Care Private Limited, a prominent name in the industry. Ms. Neha Chaurasiya, the HR Manager of IKS Health Care, led the recruitment process. The roles offered included positions as Medical Scribes, professionals involved in documenting patient information during clinical visits; CDM (Clinical Data Management), focusing on the accurate and efficient collection of clinical trial data; and VRA (Virtual Radiology Assistance), managing client relationships through virtual platforms. The placement process included a pre-placement talk where Ms. Chaurasiya briefed the students about the company, the roles offered, and the career growth opportunities. This was followed by a rigorous selection process that included an aptitude test, and personal interviews. Medical Scribes position was open for the location Vishakhapatnam (Vizac) and Coimbatore where our 3 students cracked the interview process and ready to join for the Vizac location. After careful evaluation, Ms. Chaurasiya shortlisted approximately 20 students from our institute for the final round of interviews. These candidates have been recognized for their potential to contribute to the company and rest are now in the final stages of the recruitment process. The event was a significant success, providing students with valuable opportunities to kickstart their careers in the healthcare sector with a reputable organization like IKS Health Care.
