Description: Anjuman-I-Islam’s Kalsekar technical campus (AIKTC), School of pharmacy (SoP) placement cell, in collaboration with Wistride, organized a specialized campus placement drive aimed at recruiting students for the role of Data Analyst of API in Biologics. This initiative provided a valuable opportunity for students to step into the growing field of data analytics within the biologics industry, gaining practical experience and professional development on dated 12th June, 2024, at the given Venue: Wise Rise Venture Private Limited, C/1409 Kailas Business Park, Veer Savarkar Marg, Vikhroli-W, Mumbai-79 Process and Selection by Shreya Singh- Deputy Manager, Human Resources • Resume Screening: Ten students were shortlisted based on an initial screening of resumes, considering their academic records, relevant skills, and interest in data analytics within healthcare and biologics. • Interview Round: The shortlisted candidates attended an in-person interview at Wise Rise Venture Private Limited. They were evaluated on analytical skills, understanding of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), data interpretation abilities, and their enthusiasm for biologics research. • Final Selection: Three students were selected based on their performance, securing a three-month internship program with a focus on gaining practical experience under industry mentors. Internship Details: • Duration: 3 months • Stipend: Rs. 7,000 per month • Objective: To equip interns with hands-on experience in data analytics in the biologics sector, preparing them for future roles in healthcare and pharmaceutical analytics. Conclusion: This placement drive marks a successful collaboration between AIKTC and Wistride, offering selected students a substantial career boost.
