Description: The Pharmacy incubation cell, in association with the Kalsekar incubation center, organized a Startup Bootcamp for pharmacy students. The session was conducted by Prof. Abdulmajid Ansari, Coordinator, Kalsekar Incubation Center.
Prof. Ansari introduced students to the startup ecosystem, innovation, and entrepreneurship opportunities available in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. He explained the process of transforming innovative ideas into successful startups through problem identification, market validation, business model development, intellectual property protection, and funding opportunities.
Students were also introduced to the support provided by the Kalsekar Incubation Center, including mentoring, incubation facilities, networking opportunities, and access to government startup schemes. Real-life startup success stories inspired students to pursue entrepreneurship alongside their academic careers.
The session concluded with an engaging interaction where students discussed their startup ideas and learned about the next steps for converting them into viable business ventures.
